On December 29th, 2007 we met up in Cowiche at the Quick Stop.
We headed to the DNR Cowiche Mill Road parking area to air down.
I lead the way up onto Cowiche Ridge until I ran into a big snow drift.
Roger took the lead and right off found out he had to air down more.
Us waiting for Roger to make us a road.
The rigs of the day.
Here is Snow Drift Hill.
This hill is always a lot of work to get to the top in the snow season.
Here is Icesis taking a run at it.
Jerry going for it.
I always like trying my own line. It is always fun to try.
Jerry working his way up Roger's line.
Icesis following Jerry.
We all made it on top and headed up the trail.
I lead since Roger did not know the trail
I kind of got stuck.
BSLM was nice enough to pull cable. That's what co-pilots do. lol
Jerry winched me out and we were on our way with Roger back in the lead.
Here we go again, stuck!
Icesis was next to get stuck in the same place. Jerry helped him out.
We turned around and I got stuck in the same place going back down.
Roger pulled me though the deep snow.
Heading back down.
Airing up for home.
Another real fun day thanks to the guys that came a long.
